The guys at Byron tire have gone above and beyond delivering service and reliability for the times I have been to their company. I have purchased tires from them and have had emergency tire service there . They are great people to and very trustworthy.
Let me add my superlatives to the many other reviews. While traveling from Kentucky to Florida we had a flat tire. After AAA changed the tire we drove to Byron Tire which was suggested by the company which managed the road hazard warranty we had purchased in KY. I am glad they did. Chris handled the paperwork and couldn't have been nicer. Suffice to say I didn't have my original receipt and he took care of contacting KY, getting the receipt sent and all communication with my warranty company. Meanwhile the repair was done quickly by a very nice young man who even replaced our "donut" tire back in our car. Every single person we dealt with was great and while I hope to never have tire trouble in GA (or anywhere) again I know where I'm going if its near Byron.
If I could give 10 stars I would! I know these guys since I used to live and work in Byron but haven't dealt with them since I moved. My dad had a flat while at work and I called Chris to get someone to come change it. The very next day someone was out and really treated my dad like family. This kind of service is hard to come by these days, especially in the automotive industry where everyone just wants to make as much off of the customer as possible. The next time I need tires on my vehicle I will just have to take a drive to Byron Tire Company!!!
We were passing through the area and the truck displayed low tire pressure. We still had a long drive ahead of us and the staff immediately starting working on it. These two ladies were grateful for their kindness. Very professional and genuinely sincere folks!
While traveling in our motor home, we experienced a rapid loss of power. We were approaching the Byron exit and do to the issue, we were glad to see a camping world at the exit. We limped into camping world and was told they could not help us. We then limped to the Ford dealer and was told that they could not help us. They sent us to a mechanic nearby. Again we were sent away with only a phone number for a mobile service. We called the number and was told we would have to wait for a few hours but that there was a Chevy dealer near by. We could only drive about 10 mph, but we made it to the Chevrolet dealer. Not only would they not fix it, we were told to get it off the lot. While we were there, a nice man told us about Byron tire. He informed me that they specialize in tires, but could fix anything.
We arrived at Byron tire and was met by a young man with a purple Mohawk. After all I hadid been through. You can imagine my thoughts. I could not have been more wrong. They were a blessing from God. We had two Chow chow dogs that they were happy to let us bring into the air conditioned waiting room. They worked non stop to find the problem and the parts needed. We were truly amazed with the kindness and generosity we were shown. Thank you very much to the whole crew. I hope God blesses each and everyone of the crew. P.S. the wife loved the peaches.
